Haemme iloiseen joukkoomme kentänhoitajia Kurk Golfiin golfkaudeksi 2025.
Kurk Golf on Kirkkonummella sijaitseva golfkeskus, jossa on 18-reikäinen sekä 9-reikäinen golfrata, 50 paikkainen range, harjoitusalueet ja golfklubi.
Vaihtelevat työt odottavat sinua rennossa työympäristössä, jossa kaikki työntekijämme tekevät kaikkea. Työhön kuuluu monipuolisesti golfkentänhoidon tehtäviä ja käytät erilaisia ajettavia kentänhoitokoneita sekä muita työvälineitä. Työtä tehdään ulkoilmassa ja se on ajoittain fyysistä.
Odotamme Sinulta riittävää fyysistä kuntoa, oma-aloitteista otetta työntekoon sekä asiakaspalveluasennetta. Toivomme työkokemusta vastaavanlaisista tehtävistä, mutta tärkeintä on mielenkiinto ja halu oppia lisää. Jokainen työntekijä perehdytetään huolellisesti eri työtehtäviin, joten puutteellista osaamista ei etukäteen kannata pelätä - asenne työntekoa kohtaan ratkaisee!
Etua on, jos harrastat golfia tai sinulla on aito kiinnostus lajia kohtaan. Myös englanninkielentaito on eduksi.
Työt ajoittuvat pääsääntöisesti kesä-elokuulle, mutta tarpeen mukaan töitä on tarjolla myös aiemmin keväällä tai myöhempään syksyllä. Työaika on normaalisti arkisin klo 06–14, viikonlopputöitä tai yli- ja iltatöitä tehdään kesällä tarpeen mukaan. Työvuoroja on 4-6 / vko ja päivittäinen työaika n. 6-8 tuntia riippuen työvuorosta.
Tavoitteemme on tuottaa laadukasta golfkenttää asiakkaille, kehittää toimintaamme ympäristöystävällisemmäksi sekä huolehtia, että henkilökunta ja pelaajat viihtyvät kentällämme. Jos työnteko golfkentällä kiinnostaa, pystymme tarjoamaan työpaikkoja ja koulutusmahdollisuuksia oikealla asenteella oleville henkilöille myös tulevina vuosina.

Kurk Golf is a golf centre located in Kirkkonummi, featuring an 18-hole and a 9-hole golf course, a 50-bay driving range, practice areas, and a golf club.
Varied tasks await you in a relaxed work environment, where all of our employees work in all of them. The work involves a wide range of golf course maintenance duties, including the operation of different ride-on turf management machines and other tools. The work is outdoors and can be physically demanding at times.
We expect you to have sufficient physical fitness, a proactive attitude towards work, and a customer service mindset. While experience in similar roles is preferred, the most important factors are interest and the desire to learn. All employees will be thoroughly trained in various tasks, so don't worry about lacking specific skills beforehand - attitude towards work is what matters!
It’s an advantage if you play golf or have a genuine interest in the sport. English language skills are also beneficial.
The work primarily takes place during the summer months, from June to August, but additional work may be available earlier in the spring or later in the fall if needed. The regular working hours are weekdays from 6 AM to 2 PM, with weekend shifts or evening/overtime work during the summer as needed. There are 4-6 shifts per week, and the daily work time is approximately 6-8 hours, depending on the shift.
